![]() ![]() If there's more than 4 of them, that's assisted suicide. ![]() I'm wearing so much armor I go thud-thud-thud when I walk, have upgraded it with psychic runes, and I still can't rush a group of zombies without AT BEST spending weeks in the hospital when I get back to ship. What does not make sense, is not fun, and feels immersion-breakingly weird is how weak these Space Marines are. All I want is for things to be fun, feel right, and make some kind of sense. I'm not a hardcore 40k fan, I'm not demanding strict adherence. Let me start by saying that I'm not usually a lore fanatic. So even if you prep for the specific type of mission, your prep is meaningless half way through it. ![]() Then, most missions have an objective change in the middle of the mission. So, on most missions, you are constantly having new enemies appear and then you have to rekill enemies you already killed once. Now, on top of that, it seems every map has enemies that, once killed, explode and resurrect all the other dead bad guys in a fairly wide area. Also, some type of AoE that gives damage-over-time hits your characters. My experience is that these enemies are normally much more difficult (more HP, hit harder, more defense) than the normal enemies on the map. Most often, additional enemies join the battle. Once a meter fills up, something happens. This game has a mechanic called Warp Surge. Grim Dark, yadda yadda, but here is what I mean: And have been constantly discouraged from playing further. I played through about 10 missions so far. This game is borderline unfair to players. ![]()
